We have no doubt that we help build happy, healthy, and confident children.

It’s our goal that by participating in Monkeynastix programs, your little monkey will learn the fundamental movement skills necessary to play and enjoy ALL sports later in life.

We are inspired by children and our vision is to see all the children in our community fit, coordinated, confident and happy.

Public courses

Our public classes allow parents and caregivers an opportunity to see and/or participate in their child’s development first hand.

Public programming occurs at all hours of the day and in a variety of environments including dance studios, local community centres, and fitness centres.

School programs

Our school programming allows schools and childcare centres to provide addition services to parents with busy lives.

By offering enhanced programming it gives parents comfort in knowing their child is receiving their daily does of exercise and lessons in healthy living.
